A manufacturer of Plastic
components needed a precise and reliable solution for the handling of special heavy molds. The solution was to use 2 each 4000lb capacity Demag Electric Chain Hoists suspended from a KBK3 Enclosed Track System.		Both the Chain Hoist and Crane
System were designed and supplied by one manufacturer. These components work together perfectly to provide the easiest possible solution for handling and moving loads up to 4000lb by hand.
The chain drive in the hoist incorporates a five-pocket sprocket, which makes the lifting extremely smooth. In this particularly unique application, smooth and easy handling was a priority.Ergonomic.
