Work Station Crane w/Telescoping Bridge with Chain Hoist helps overcome spacing issues for a supplier of machined components. “The telescoping WSC allowed us to maximize our available space while keeping the work area free of obstructions”. Machining operations occur in order across three different CNC machines, located side by side, arranged in a line. Operators are required to take a blank out of dunnage, perform a brief machining operation on a workbench in front of them and then load the blank into a CNC machine. The machined part is then unload and placed into finished dunnage and moved to the next process in the line if needed.
