Acquisition of Kingway-Inca-Clymer Material Handling, Inc.

On March 30, 2007, Unarco Material Handling, Inc, of Springfield Tennessee acquired Kingway-Inca-Clymer Material Handling from American Capital Strategies, LTD. Two industry leaders will now combine forces to strengthen market presence and securely become the 2nd largest pallet rack manufacturer in the U.S. The newly-formed company will be the only U.S. Company to manufacture the entire product range of warehouse storage solutions including cantilever, shelving, structural steel and roll-formed pallet rack. Unarco’s newly increased production capacity and an expanded product line will allow for a more efficient operation. The broader geographic presence will greatly aid in-house customers and the vast distributor network already in place. Implementation will begin immediately to bring the company under the Unarco umbrella and begin offering customers more product choices and more centralized deliveries.
