The ROP300 system consists of a robot on rail “walking” with the mixed pallet along a row a Full Goods pallets. The ROP600 system consists of a robot picking cases from a conveyor and placing them on a palllet.
Powerful mixed software receives the orders and directs the robot to place the cases on a specific area on the pallet insuring its stability.
The ROP300 is designed for “pick to pallet”, and the ROP600 is “pick to belt”. These operations are accomplished with the single case picking tool or the layer picking tool. Fields of application are beverage industry, food distribution center, consumer goods distribution center.
