Beer Distributor Updates Direct Store Delivery Technology to Increase Efficiency Through Real-Time Data Transmission

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, announced Goettler Distributing is live on HighJump® RouteCenter On-Demand™, a software as a service (SaaS) version of the HighJump® RouteCenter™ route accounting system (RAS). Based in Pennsylvania, Goettler Distributing markets the products of a number of major beer suppliers including MillerCoors, North American Brewery, Heineken, Newcastle and Pabst and has been a HighJump customer for more than 20 years.
With HighJump RouteCenter On-Demand, software updates, maintenance and infrastructure support is performed by HighJump experts, allowing direct store delivery companies to focus on running their core businesses operations. Since the solution is hosted in a secure HighJump Software data center, no hardware or server upgrade purchases are required.

HighJump RouteCenter offers a complete set of functionality for beer distributors, soft drink bottlers and wine and spirits distributors. Key functionality in the system includes order management, inventory management, route settlement, pricing, promotions and integration to the HighJump Software mobile sales and delivery software suite. The system also provides taxation and regulatory reporting to help manage the complex, highly regulated nature of alcohol sales. Additionally, HighJump RouteCenter allows beverage distributors to perform mobile e-commerce transactions with retailers and supplier organizations.
