Intralox will use the Modex 2012 trade show as a venue to exhibit the extensive capabilities of its ARBâ„¢ Sortation Systems.
Friday, January 20, 2012
Employing Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB) technology, Intralox sorters are capable of sorting a vast array of product shapes, sizes, and types bi-directionally, at 30 degrees, and at 90 degrees. Intralox Sortation Systems have been employed to handle boxes, cases, totes, trays, poly bags, pouches, and more. ARB technology can sort virtually anything, from lightweight, letter-sized items to heavy pallet loads.
Benefits of using this unique technology for sortation include low maintenance, improved product quality due to gentle handling, and the ability to tightly space divert centers in order to maximize floor space. Applying ARB to a line layout can enable radical improvements to the functionality and cost-effectiveness of layout concepts that are not possible with traditional technology.
Intralox will demonstrate the capabilities of ARB conveyance technology in booth 3109 at Modex 2012. Visitors will have an opportunity to speak with Intralox’s ARB experts about possibilities for optimizing their layouts with ARB technology.
