TGW Logistics Group Acquires ECOLOG

Spring Lake, Michigan — TGW-ERMANCO has announced the acquisition of ECOLOG Logistiksysteme GmbH by TGW-ERMANCO'S parent company, TGW Logistics Group. ECOLOG is located in Wels, Austria and is a supplier of automated material handling solutions. The company has a strong controls and software division which will contribute additional systems integration expertise to the TGW Logistics Group. TGW Logistics Group has locations in Austria, Dubai, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.
