TGW-ERMANCO Testing Center Opens to Customers

Spring Lake, Michigan — To achieve its long-standing promise of system success, TGW-ERMANCO offers customers the opportunity to test products and concepts, receive training, and see material handling systems in operation at the company's new Testing Center.

The Testing Center is located in the 70,000 square foot Assembly and Technology Center (ATC), which opened in 2006. A popular testing system has been the 200 cpm TURBO™ Sortation System with COMMANDER™ Controls which is able to quickly sort diverse and difficult-to-sort products without spills or jams.

The Testing Center also has a Unit Load Conveyor (ULC™) demonstration loop, complete family of NBS® sorters, Pick Zone Module, CRUZ®belt, and XenoROL®. TGW-ERMANCO also offers DC design and operational assessment, system concepting, implementation, operational and maintenance training, and Lifetime Services.
