HK SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN, JANUARY 10, 2008 --- HK Systems, Inc., one of North America’s largest automated material handling and supply chain software total solutions provider, today announces organizational changes to assist with the company’s continuing growth and expansion into new markets.

Effective immediately, John C. Hines, has been appointed President, HK Production Logistics (HKPL). Previously the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Hines will direct the operation of HKPL, the company’s new division developed to manage and direct inbound material flow, and to provide critical logistics services including receiving and supplier validation, warehousing, kitting, subassembly, sequencing of material and third-party inventory. John will continue to serve as a Director of HK Systems.

Currently providing enhanced logistics services for a major construction equipment manufacturer, the HKPL business solution will reduce freight costs, enhance product quality, increase inventory visibility, improve efficiencies, and reduce assembly to delivery cycles.

In addition, James (Jamie) P. Purko, has been appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HK Systems, Inc. In his new role, Jamie will be responsible for directing the financial activities of the organization, will continue to oversee all accounting functions, and direct the Information Systems organization. Jamie previously served as Vice President, Controller of HK Systems, and Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen.
