CALJAN RITE-HITE ADDS TO LOCAL AND NATIONAL STAFF

Tina Hogel Joins as Sales Account Manager; Alan Pawley as Service Manager

Denver – Caljan Rite-Hite US, a world leading manufacturer of advanced material handling systems for loading and unloading loose loaded cargo announced the addition of two new members to its management team: Tina Hogel and Alan Pawley.

“Hogel and Pawley both come to us with extensive experience in their respective areas of expertise,” says Mark Rehder, Caljan Rite-Hite VP and General Manager. “We plan to utilize their strengths to leverage our after sales service, as well as continue to build customer relationships throughout the marketplace.”

Tina Hogel brings more than 14 years of automated material handling industry experience to her new position as Sales Account Manager for Caljan Rite-Hite. Her experience includes installation, customer service, training and technical support as well as marketing and sales for various materials handling product providers. Most recently, Hogel was the Regional Account Manager for Advanced Handling Systems. Hogel’s objectives at Caljan Rite-Hite involve utilizing her depth of industry knowledge with large system builders and system integrators to grow current and develop new business opportunities. She has earned her MBA from Rochville University. She lives in the Cincinnati, OH area where she reaches the entire US and joins the already strong Sales Account team of Caljan Rite-Hite.

Alan Pawley has joined Caljan Rite-Hite as the Service Manager, in the Denver plant, where he oversees after sales, customer service and technical support. Pawley has over 20 years of experience in service management. He has provided service management expertise for a variety of service organizations. Most recently, Pawley was in charge of service for a five-state region with Sylvania, where he successfully returned the service center to be in compliance, rebuilt customer confidence and improved customer response time. Pawley’s objective for the service center of Caljan Rite-Hite is to ensure excellent customer service and follow-through. In addition, he believes a healthy service organization is one that ensures sound training for technicians and staff as well as provides the technical support and preventative maintenance for optimal customer satisfaction. Pawley lives in Denver, CO and will work in the Denver Caljan Rite-Hite manufacturing facility.
