CABKA’s one-way Send+Forget plastic pallets are durable, resistant to oils and bacteria, and made from CABKA’s own proprietary plastic material. These pallets have gained considerable attention and acclaim throughout North America and world-wide.
CABKA’s lightweight, one-way pallets compare favorably on cost with heat treated wooden pallets and are fully compliant with ISPM 15, an economical solution for exporters seeking a lightweight, low height pallet to maximize container space. Our lightweight pallets are easier to use, require less storage space, and will never delay customs clearance.
CABKA’s newly developed automotive standard pallet–CPP 530/CPP 533 HR
CABKA announces our newly designed 48” x 45” nestable pallet which features a 1” rim and is fully nestable. This 24 pound pallet has capacity for 2200 lbs dynamic load and is also available with snap on runners (CPP 533) for a load capacity of 1800 lbs in an open racking system. The nestability of the CPP 530 HR allows for over 1000 pieces per truckload, a considerable transport cost savings compare to non-nestable pallets. The advanced lightweight design of the CPP 530 HR provides easier handling, more capacity per pound material, and greater cost savings. This pallet is available immediately in various materials to meet your requirements. The CPP 530 HR is a solution for in house automotive needs and export requirements.
Lightweight CPP 110/CPP 120 now available as a rackable pallet–CPP 113
CABKA’s most popular pallet, the extremely light weight CPP 110, has long been desired in a model that has racking capability. With the new CPP 113 runners, this pallet can now be use in open racking systems. These runners will be available in Q1 2009.
48” x 48”: The CPP 630
CABKA announces the availability of the CPP 630; our 48” x 48” model made with specific design for the packaging and paper industries. Available in different types of plastic material to meet your needs, this pallet can hold up to 8,800 lbs static, 2,200 dynamic load.
Distribution and Food Industry Pallet CPP 736 now available with a Solid Deck
Designed specifically for distribution and the food industry, the very popular CPP 736, a 48" x 40" sized pallet that can hold up to 2,200 lbs in an open racking system, is now available as a closed deck; model CPP 746. Both the CPP 736 and CPP 746 can hold up to a 14,000 pound static load. The CPP 746 features a completely smooth deck, which will both prevent any product to remain in the pallet, as well as prevent possible product damage when using bags or supersacks. Available in different types of plastic material to fit your requirements, the CPP 736/CPP 746 family is a solution for both export and in-house applications.
Both the CPP 736 and CPP 746 can optionally be fitted with two or three steel inserts made of ASTM 513 ERW tubing (736/746-S), which increases racking strength to over 3,000 lbs.
New pallet in the robust multi-use series – CPP 878
The CPP 878 joins the CPP 881 and CPP 888 as our newest single shot, three runner, heavy-duty multi-use pallet that can hold up to 8,800 lbs static and 1,100 lbs in an open racking system. Designed specifically for racking and for double and triple stacking, the CPP 878 is easily and best utilized in automated systems. This new advanced design allows for heavy duty, long term use, with 20% less weight than the previous model.
Going Green with CABKA
Fully recyclable and made from a clean, sustainable post-industrial recycled material; CABKA Plastic Pallets are also nestable, increasing the number of pallets that fit into a truck lowering delivery costs. The advanced design enables CABKA Plastic Pallets to carry heavy loads despite their relatively low weight. Less weight means less energy used in production and more efficient transportation. Switching from wood pallet use to a plastic
pallet greatly reduces freight expense and fuel usage for transportation. Subsequently, many companies include CABKA in their sustainability plans.
