2B - Pick to Light, Pick to Voice or Both: Which Technology is the Best Solution? led by Kingway-CAPS. A common software platform will support pick and/or put systems using either Pick to Light and/or Pick to Voice technologies. Seasonal, promotional and end of the month surges can be identified and managed with work load balancing / manpower planning. Learn how the picking system can be reconfigured to handle those slow or busy times.
